Processing & Shipping Schedule

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Domestic Shipping

• Standard shipping within the U.S. typically occurs within 3–4 business days of an order being placed

• Please allow up to 5 business days during peak seasons or promotions

International Shipping

• CURRENTLY WE ARE NOT SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US

Returns & Shipping Costs

• If an item is delivered damaged, please contact hello@jahpipes.com ASAP to return your product. You will mail the damaged product to:

If returning an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance.
