Refund policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns beyond this window.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• It must be returned in its original packaging
• A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Items returned that are used, damaged, missing components, or sent after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer

Only full-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale or discounted items are final sale.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items if they arrive defective or damaged. For assistance, contact us at hello@jahpipes.com within 30 days of receiving your pipe.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable
• If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted
• For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance
• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
